Nguyen Thien Ngan

I am so lucky that I met so many kind villagers in Sarawak, and they helped me and my team so much in all of our work. If I would like to explain one word about the YSS mission, it would be confidence. This mission taught me to be more confident in myself, like I have to be willing to speak for myself, to meet new people, and to be more independent. So, this mission will be an unforgettable experience for me.

I learned from my counterparts in Malaysia and Singapore how to be a leader. I used to not be so confident about myself, so having this chance to meet them feels like a great opportunity to teach me to be more mature and to do things like a leader.
