YSS is looking for a Programme Executive to help plan and run our high-impact student volunteer missions across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. You will coordinate pre-departure training, liaise with local community partners, and support post-mission monitoring and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for local and international volunteer missions
• Support recruitment, screening, and pre-departure training of student volunteers
• Liaise with community partners, government agencies, and NGOs
• Assist with post-mission reporting and impact evaluation

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a related field
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Willing to travel to mission sites, including rural and cross-border locations
• Passion for youth development and community service
