The Volunteer Leadership Development Programme (VLDP) is YSS’s flagship post-mission training for alumni who want to take on bigger leadership roles as Unity Agents. This year’s cohort will focus on community project management, public speaking, and cross-cultural collaboration, capped off with a graduation showcase in Putrajaya.
