PDPA Notice

This Notice is issued under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. It explains how 49 Xclusive (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our Website, shop with us, or contact us. A Bahasa Melayu version follows below; if there is any inconsistency, the English version prevails.

1. Personal data we collect

• Identity and contact details: name, phone number, email and delivery address.
• Order details: items purchased, sizes, payment status and transaction records (card details are processed by our payment providers, not stored by us).
• Account details: login email and order history.
• Communications: messages sent to us by email, WhatsApp or social media.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and cookie data (see our Cookie Policy).

2. Sources

We collect personal data directly from you, from your use of the Website, and from service providers who help us run our store (such as payment gateways and couriers).

3. Purposes

We process your personal data to:

• process, deliver and support your orders, returns and exchanges;
• manage your account and respond to your enquiries;
• prevent fraud and keep the Website secure;
• improve our products, Website and service;
• send you news and promotions, only if you have agreed to receive them;
• comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with: payment processors; courier and logistics partners; our e-commerce, hosting, IT and marketing service providers; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law. Some providers may store data outside Malaysia; where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

5. Is providing your data obligatory?

Information marked as required at checkout (such as name, contact details and delivery address) is necessary to fulfil your order. If you do not provide it, we may be unable to process your order. Other information is voluntary.

6. Your rights

• Access and correction: you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data. We may charge a fee permitted by law for access requests.
• Withdraw consent / limit processing: you may withdraw consent or limit how we use your data, including unsubscribing from marketing at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.

We will respond to requests within the period required by the PDPA.

7. Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Notis Perlindungan Data Peribadi (Bahasa Melayu)

Notis ini dikeluarkan di bawah Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (PDPA). Ia menerangkan bagaimana 49 Xclusive mengumpul, menggunakan dan melindungi data peribadi anda.

Data yang dikumpul

Nama, nombor telefon, e-mel, alamat penghantaran, butiran pesanan, maklumat akaun, komunikasi dengan kami, serta data teknikal seperti alamat IP dan kuki.

Tujuan

Untuk memproses dan menghantar pesanan, mengurus akaun dan pertanyaan, mencegah penipuan, menambah baik perkhidmatan, menghantar promosi (dengan persetujuan anda sahaja), dan mematuhi undang-undang.

Pendedahan

Kami tidak menjual data anda. Data hanya dikongsi dengan pemproses pembayaran, rakan kurier, penyedia perkhidmatan kami, penasihat profesional dan pihak berkuasa apabila dikehendaki oleh undang-undang.

Hak anda

Anda berhak meminta akses dan pembetulan data peribadi anda, serta menarik balik persetujuan atau mengehadkan pemprosesan, termasuk berhenti melanggan pemasaran pada bila-bila masa.
